We are breaking the mould of traditional coaching and consulting and we need exceptional people to join us to extend our unique offering literally on a global basis.
We are always delighted to hear from coaches and consultants who would like to explore working with Transformance.
Our Transformance for Individuals training materials were put together by an international team of specialist coaches from the USA, UK, Germany, Australia and Slovenia. We will continue to develop our individual programmes in this way, as it allows us to access specialist best practice from global best practitioners.
We work with people who have a successful track record in developing human performance or business performance improvement.
However we also value real world experience – so if you have held line management positions, been responsible for managing significant budgets and achieved outstanding results, we really would like to hear from you. If this appeals, you may also wish to check out our Recareering resources.
